Dear Sir/Mam,
We have still not received any proper solution of our problem. I have called to Ms.Shilpa (Supervisor) in your companies customer care dept, whose contact number is[protected], and briefed her the whole situation but till now she has not replied us. She only says that we are doing work on it.
I don`t know what is the reason behind the delay of such serious complaints. Should I think that ONIDA don`t want to solve our problem.
Kindly sought out this compliant as soon as possible(within a week ) or we have to go to consumer court for taking our compressors.

Dear Sir/Mam,
We had a very bad experience yesterday, with one of your service provider called Mr. Iqbal, who don`t have manners how to talk with their customer and then proudly says that they are working for ONIDA who is a famous name in Indian Market. We are so much shocked that what type of people are working for ONIDA.
We bought 3 Split AC from your company whose invoice is attached. We faced some problem in two of our AC, and we registered complaints against it on 05/5/2015, and received complaint number-1505C[protected] & 108. One of your service provider came after it and told us that there is compressor problem in both of AC. He told us that compressors are out of stock and he will arrange and chance both compressor soon. Afterwards he never came and installed our compressors.
We again called your customer care and asked for our compressors. After so longtime, a service provider called Mr. Iqbal came yesterday, with two compressors and demand for Rs 2500/- each for refilling gas in same model AC because after one year warranty the customer have to pay the said amount at time of replacing Compressor. We denied for it and asked for any written law or term and condition for charging Rs 2500/- extra if we not refill gas in our Onida AC now from you. He then started misbehaving and scroll that if you will not give us the said amount we will take back our compressors. Then we called at your customer care number and asked Mr. Benson Jeba who was present online at that time and asked him for such law, After discussing with his senior he said that service provider can`t pressurize you for paying said amount.
When we told Mr. Iqbal about what is Onida customer care is saying then he called (Mr. Tahir Ali) Branch Manager, Ghaziabad whose mobile number is [protected] the whole story and after talking to him he just gone back with two compressors which he brought with him to change with our dead Onida AC compressors.
We are so much surprised that, what type of Service Providers are working under brand of ONIDA who doesn`t have manner how to talk with their customers.
we request to take a strict action against it and provide us both of our compressors as soon as possible as it is effecting our daily work . If there is any such of rule of giving Rs 2500/- at time of replacing compressor for refilling gas in SPLIT AC then kindly send us a soft copy as soon as possible.
