SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Dear Mr.
I have purchase a Spice mobile set MI-508 on NITCDRH/DRH/10/2014/3166884 dated[protected] from Homeshop 18.At the time of purchase, I have found my touch panel is not working properly. Then I inform to homeshop to replace the product. But the problem is solved.After 3 month the problem is coming again.
then I submit this to service vide request no. 24101491F10153 dated[protected] & the executive says the Mobile is repaired within 7 days.
After 7 days, I contact to customer care, the executive says it takes 15 days.
After 15 days, I contact to customer care, the executive says it takes 21 days.
After 21 days, I contact to customer care, the executive Mr. Shahrukh, Ms. Shreya Ms, Anita & the most of senior Mr. Shankar says it takes more 15 days.
Then i say, if you can take my set for 1 month, plz provide my mobile & extend the warranty for one month.The CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES says its not possible.Mr. Shankar the senior of all the CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES . But the problem is not resolved.
Last & least, I request plz provide my handset within 3 days, otherwise I take legal action against you.
