dear sir/madam, I have submit my spice handset at your shakarpur service centre on 17/12/2014 and paid Rs.850/-cash. handset model no. is MI-436. My handset status that time is dead position. Today i have received handset but i saw my handset is full changed. I have check his IMEI no. sticker of handset is ok but phone IMEI is different. colour of handset is different. somebody of service centre persion used this handset. Many contacts and messeges find me this handset. I requested you pls check the other IMEI no. of this handset and pls inform me. Display of handset is very bad conditions and many water marks in behind this handset. Kindly help me and give me better service. I have given you both original IMEI no. below.
