i had buy this mobile on 17 may 2015 and within one month create software problem, i submitted mobile on your service center on dated 12/06/2015 Contact person Imran shaikh. Today when i check status on your website the i got following reply Please find below the status for the Service Request No. 13101921f60056.i had purchase this mobile with lot of trust, and for long durability, i had also suggested some my friend, relative to buy the same company model handset. but i think my trust is not keep by your end.
The company should give me standby handset how can i keep my day to day work without mobile. customer service should be first but now already week over i didn't got any reply or revert from customer service.
If this type of model company is providing then how can on keep faith on it .
