Spice Mobiles — Mobile not working

Dear Sir, i purchased a spice mobile MI 426 white dated 24.03.2014. Due to some problem in display i submit the phone in S.K. Enterprises, B 52, First Floor, Kalka ji, above hdfc band new delhi 110019 Phone : [protected] dated on 11.10.2014. he give me another phone after more than one month & 1500 Rs. cash payment. But this phone not working Properly from same day. i visit again to change this phone & ask for my phone ([protected]). but S.K. Enterprises need some more money for change the phone. please help me.
