Spice Mobiles — problem in giving the mobile

Dear sir...i belong from the city patiala punjab...i order my spice phone on 28 dec2014...i have a problem on a phone on april 7 i deposited my phone to the spice srvice centre...on 7/4/2015..they told me to provide my phone within 5 days.model numb MI506...IMEI no[protected]...i request you to plzz take a strict action against this service...and i[censored] will not give a response with in 24 hours at mob no [protected]...then i will complaint higher...at consumer form...is dis a way to treat a customers?????
