Spice Mobiles — spice stellar 501

Sir I purchased spice stellar 501 on dated 9 march 2015 from homeshop 18 but after someday I have so many problems to use this phone i launch a complaint and visit to spice services centre but they says this phone is damaged by Moisture and not cover under warranty as I know it is never come with moisture it defiantly a manufacture fault. Please solve this issue as soon as possible either its my compulsion to launch complaint to consumer court. Deepak Pandey [protected]@gmail.com
