[Resolved]  Spice Online Retail — Fraudulent transactio​ns from Debit card at Spice online Retail

Dear Team, I would like to inform you about Fraudulent transactions that were done today (26th Aug 2014) using my mother's debit card. Someone called her and convinced that it was the bank and she was fool enough to reveal all debit card/acccount number/pin details on phone. I checked the online transactions and have seen transactions done at Spice Online Retail. Following are the details : 26 Aug 2014 POS PRCH-POS [protected] Spice Online Retail SBIPG- 1, 000.00 POS PRCH-POS [protected] Spice Online Retail SBIPG- 1, 000.00 I really request and would appreciate your help on this and help me get this money back to the account.
