The undersigned was to perform journey from Udaipur to Delhi on 17 Dec. 2014 under PNR No. A1RNUL through make my trip booking id- NF[protected]. The said flight was cancelled as all flights of spice jet were grounded on that day due to commercial reasons. I have not received till date my refund amount despite numerous follow ups with M/s Make my trip and yourselves. As per them, they yet to receive refund amount from your company. Please expedite the matter and inform us failing which we have to go to consumer forum and other agencies.
