I have booked flight sg 708 on 14.01.18 from hyderabad to varanasi though flight was delayed the employ insisted while check-in forced me to pay for premium check-in saying i am late to checkin. I was forced to pay for 3 passengers that is rs.3000, also while waiting for boarding the employe response was not good. Please take action in this regard.
