Spidigo — repeated non-working of broadband internet service

Our internet broadband services stops working every now & then at our home. Company's customer care services contact number not working from last one month. Myself is professor of anaesthesiology (Medical) & my son is interior designer ; so we are getting loss in our professional work. Get it resolved immediately & permanently.

I'm using Spidigo Broadband connection for shop in Sobo Center, South Bopal, Ahmadabad.
We took the connection for 1 Year & paid for whole year in Year June 2018 - June 2019.

Every week we have the connection problem & connection are out of service for 2-3 days.

Every month at least 6-7 days connection are out of service. Very poor service.
