I, Mohammad Abdullah Haris own an unlockable virtual 500 sq ft, Tower1, unit at spiretec park in wtc noida. The building has been leased to the Chinese company vivo and correspondance with them regarding the matter reveals they have made payments in time to wtc but wtc/spiretec park/rsk trust is defaulting in its payments.
