Was booked Spoton Express Cargo Movers from Indore to Bilaspur for my household item transportation.
Cargo freight charges are applicable for my single bookings, as per quotation as well as discussion with Spoton Express representative. However when the items were delivered at my location it was along with other item (Not my booking). Same has been informed to Spoton but no any reply received from them.
I asked for the refund of freight charges as applicable for multiple booking including the insurance of the vehicle.
