I, permandlla kiran kumar, s/o. Late permandlla lingam, aged about 31 years, occ: business, r/o. H. No. 2-28, gajularamaram village quthbullapur mandal, medchal-malkajgiri district, hyderabad, telangana, india 500055, do here by submit few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action against the persons, who illegally encroached and occupied the government land with the support of revenue officials of quthubullapur mandal, who wilfully supporting the said land grabbers for making illegal and unauthorised layouts over the government lands which includes forest lands and getting huge amounts by selling the same to the innocent purchasers. It is submitted that the land in sy nos. 12, 13, 19, 100, and 329 belongs to government which includes forest land, which is a vast extent adjacent to gajularamaram village, as per present market rate the value of the land is worth of 1000 crores and odd and due to negligence of the government authorities, the land grabbers m/s. Vokshith white lotus, vokshith hill view (Sr developers) & (Veenus arcade, veenus infra) with the support of (Quthbullapur mandal & quthubullapur revenue officials) changed the official boundaries of the said survey numbers and making the plots with the support of officials of gajularamaram municipal circle, and as such the acts of the said land grabbers were causing huge loss the government and also the said real estate people are destroying the natural eco system and causing huge loss to the nature also. I further submit that due to the illegal and unauthorised encroachment over the government land by the land grabbers (Somi reddy “vokshith white lotus&vokshith hill view (Sr developers)” raja reddy (Veenus arcade&veenus infra) with the support of the government officials (Municipal and revenue) earned more than 100 crores as a black money, as they are not showing the same in their income tax returns and making the plots on said survey numbers, and if anybody from common people raises any objection about illegal occupation of the govt land then they used to threaten them with dire consequences. I further submit that if your kind authority makes an internal enquiry about this matter in respect of said govt survey numbers, it may leads to reveal the actual culprits and the snakes who are hidden behind this. I submit that being a citizen i have made several representations to the quthbullapur revenue officials with regard to the land grabbing/encroachment by the said land grabbers in govt land but all my efforts are in vain, moreover the revenue officials are suggesting me not to interfere in said activities. I submit that i have made several representations to the mandal revenue office, quthubullapur mandal, under rti act, to reveal the actual position in and over the said govt lands and how the land grabbers, govt officials are colluded with each other and how they are making the crores of rupees money with their illegal and un-lawful activities and how they are evading the taxes to the government. I further submit that the said land grabbers with the support of sub-registrar office, quthubullapur creating regd documents over the said govt lands and basing on the said sham documents they are getting huge bank loans from different banks and evading to repay the same. Therefore i request your kind authority look into the matter very seriously and make internal enquiry and also physical verification with higher officials of your authority over the said government lands in the above said survey numbers as stated supra and to take necessary actions against the culprits of the government officials (Revenue and municipal) who supported the said land grabbers and also take necessary and immediate action against the land grabbers in the interest of natural justice and punish them accordingly for the sake of state interest.
