Sree Gowri Ganesha Chits — Not returning Deposit money since 6 years

My father M.Kempaiah, had invested a total of 30 L rupees with Mr. Lokesh Reddy of Gowri Ganesha chits. Since last 6 years after demonetization in 2016 he has not repaid a single rupee and since then has been giving excuses. We have been in touch with him and my father expired in 2021 due to covid and since them he has been avoiding us. We have all the details of his response on whatsapp. Request to please return our money.
