Sree Vidya Book Centre, 2-1-392/5/2, Fever Hospital, Nallakunta — Collecting additional 3% commission for paying debit card

Dear Sir,

I went to purchase some text books to Sree Vidya Book centre, fever hospital. When I was trying to pay the bill via debit card. This book centre is charging me 3% additional amount for paying via debit card. This is absolute cheating and not fair to collect such amount from customers. When I asked her said he is paying 5% tax and customer should near 3%. What I for those customers who are paying cash. This means he is evading tax too. I also demanded for receipt, he said he cant give receipt. How can a shop collect additional charge and doesn't give receipt? Im a prompt tax payer and these additional charges will put lot of pressure in common man. This is unethical and not cheating the customer.

I request authorities to take immediate action on this shop establishment and help students and parents.
