Dear sir

This is reference on the subject matter. I gave one mobile to the service for repair in which both the sim is non readable. After checking both the sim by representative of sri balaji enterprises he made job sheet manually and give me job sheet after some time i received computerized generated job sheet number also. I am attaching you manually job sheet and screen shot of message generated by computerized job sheet. If they made both the job sheet then he checked personally and after checking only they made job sheet. If they made job sheet without checking then they are incapable in work and if they check it and made job sheet then they are inefficient in work. My mobile is also in warranty. They call me and telling me your mobile is broken. I dont know who broke it. Because i gave him in good condition if it is in good condition then only he made job sheet, if it is in not in good condition then he will not made job sheet. Sir please help me. Please help me out for this issue.
