Sri Biren Das, retail fish seller, Natun Bazar, Cooch Behar — Short by weight and arbitrarily charging high sale price for retail fish from customer

Sir, I very often do my market from Natun Bazar, Cooch Behar in morning shift . For a long time it is observed that one retail fish seller named Sri Biren Das sells his fish at this market at very high price arbitrarily using his defective manual weight machine. Consequently, we the customer always get fish in very less weight. If someone begins to protest, he uses very offensive and slang languages in the market. I, therefore, draw the kind attention of the relevant Govt. department in this regard to look into the matter to stop such evil and illegal practice of fish seller Biren Das towards customer. Please ensure the consumer protection. Hope the department will take prompt action against the said fish seller in Natun Bazar market ( morning shift).
