My daughter is studying in Class 7 in the Chinsurah Branch. This is 2nd year running the promised Air Conditioning of the class room are not being operative . The lame excuses are being given by the school like load issue should not be a concern of a parent who has paid the fees for this services. Your prospectus or admission time documents and promises had never talked about the load issue and other ifs and buts. If you can promise so confidently and took money from the parents you should provide the service also with same confidence.
We as a parent just feeling we have been cheated badly by the management team of this unit of such a reputed group.
We all use AC and are very much aware about he load factor, so it is unfortunate to see the excuses the school management is providing. We are not able to understand how the school is charging the full fees when they are not providing the full service. If your team can not provide the service as it has been promised during the admission, obviously you can not change us the full fee. Entire 1st year we have been bluffed and now in 2nd year also same things are repeating. The Consumer forum surely will look into this matter if it is not resolved with immediate effect.
