My son Balaji Sriram was studying in 7th grade at Sri Chaitanya school (SCS482955), electronics city, Bangalore in the academic year[protected]. I paid the term 1 tuition fee ( Rs. 63, 250) in the month of May 2020. Due to COVID impact, i could not continue his studies on Chaitanya school. I met the Principal and explained my situation and requested to give TC and refund the rerm-1 fee and she agreed to do so. I applied for the TC on 10/07/2020 and gave a request letter along with cancelled cheque leaf for the refund of the fee. I got the TC on 28/07/2020. I have been following up for the refund till date, i did not receive it. Each time of visit of the school, the Principal is telling that it is in progress, i have not received the money yet.
I request your attention and help to resolve this issue with school.
