We have annual maintenance charge under Fujitsu General (India) Pvt Ltd and in fifteen days before we have complained for Service of our AC they did not reply and on 7.05.2022 his technician came and say that your PCB is damaged and given a Service Report.
After talking to his Senior Mr. Badshah and Mr. Nur Alam they said that he had order a PCB for our Company. So, we just want to know that how much time it will taken to complete our problem.
Its very hard to sit without AC in this weather. As we are valuable customer of your and also maintained AMC regular in a year.
