Your vyttila branch has swiped my card 10 times above my billed amount. They are not at all taking any efforts in addressing the issue despite several reminders. Unfortunately they are not responding to my calls. Today i am forced to visit the shop after postponing all my preoccupation.in spite of this they are not bothered to redress my grievance.

We purchased gokulashtami special tin for rs.575 in madipakkam branch. All the items like seedai, murukku, laddu in the box was very old & not at all good & very worst. Not sure why krishna sweets is cheating the customers like this. Clearing the old stocks for special days. Our money is totally wasted and we will not recommend anyone to buy from krishna sweets.

I purchased 2 special boxes of inr 575 each for gokulashtami on 21st - sadly the seedai, murikku and thattai were not fresh and they were stale and hard to bite and not crunchy. Even your famous mysorepak was not melting in the mouth as it normally is.

I went back to the adyar store where i bought it just now and complained to the store manager mr. Ilayaraja. He said they had sold a lot of boxes and he was indifferent to my complaint.
I am very disappointed and in all likelihood will not shop at your store anymore. I also intend to post this on social media as you are selling stuff that's not fresh!!!

I bought kaju kathili 1/4 kg, pista roll 1/4 kg, cashew pakk 1/4 kg.
But I have checked the weight in home it was varying more than 30g weight.
They are cheating all the people. If the instructions given from company to cheat all the people or they are doing individually.. anyway we are the looser...

I am one of your regular customer. A month back, i have shopped a month back for close to 1000 inr. Two of the products (Millet seedai & ragi vadam) were of worst quality and could get time to communicate to your radhakrishnan salai branch only a month later as i have been out of station all the period and no one from our home move out. When i visited the branch with the worst quality of product, no one from the branch not ready to take our feedback and asked to wait for 30 mins to take the further guidance from your customer care who has repeated with the same tone on not readyvto take the product back. We have finally decided to walk put of the shop with complete dissatisfaction on how a customer been treated at the worst. I need the genuineness in treating every customer to the best

I had purchased a box of Maa Laadu from a store in Coimbatore . The Maa laadu had hair in them. This is very disgusting and very disappointing which cannot be accepted by such a huge company. This spoils the image of your company and one will think twice before purchasing sweets from your stores. This is a very huge hygiene issue which needs to be address
Please look into this matter .

Yesterday i bought half kg cashew sweets cost around 650 in newly opened branch pallavaram opposite to azeez hotel. When i opened the sweets it was very old stock and not fresh not even soft. Very dry and hard. Again i went to report the manager he is not responding properly and said due to ac it was dry. I wonder all sweets shop having ac right? I am not interested to replace the same since all are like that only. So i chose laddu he replace me laddu for all my money 650rs. That laddu also not good even. I m depressed with their quality and response. I would not suggest anybody to go their and i will not go krishna sweets. Making money only their aim without quality and customer service. Worst ever. Waste of money

Today i purchased some snacks along with bhajji and kara kolukattai from chennai mugappair branch bill no.5031 at a rate of ₹151.43 baji alone.
When i opened the bajji box it is block brown in colour with chickery smell with more oily. It is obsoloutely not for eat.
I complain it to the manager and he will assure me to take it back and supply new othe items. On the way he switch off his phone and returned. Please take action
Iam your coustemer from rs puram. I know your devevotional service. Now i settled hear. This branch is not at all in good service particularly in daily eating tiffin.
(Now your employee is telephoned that he is on the way for replacement) anyhow i know very well about you how you come forward in this society and your hindu society service. Please look with your eyes in this mugapair chennai branch.

I want to by tractor at sri valluri kameswararao sonalika tractors at rajanagarm east godavari andhrapradesh. But sales executive and md misbehavior with my father. And he blackmailed my father. I don't except this type of service from sanalika. This lose your market. Md also too worst. He insult my fother. Total team is like a dons. Some more costumers also face problems with this delar i have proof. Md was mis words with my father i have cal records this type delar to encourage sonalika total firm will fall down.

I have bought mysurpa of sri krishna sweets from vashi shop, as it was diwali ahead. I also had in quantity to distribute it, as one i had left with me i open it to share it with my friends where i was suprise when smelt very bad and fungas on it. I took it to the local sri krishna sweet to verify it were they took photo's and identified as fungal on it.

Yesterday (06-aug-2017). I had break fast at sri krishna sweets, jawaharlal nehru rd, mettuppalayam, west jafferkhanpet, chennai, tamil nadu 600083 with my family. They gave us pongal and kittachadi. Also three chutney and sambar. Both pongal and kittachadi was not good. All chutnies were too cold.
When i asked why chutney is cold, they said they prepared now only.

But actually the served us old food which was prepared on saturday.
We could not eat fully, so kept as such and paid rs. 299.

They said, they could not run the restaurant, because they don't have enough staff, still the owner is not listening.

This is one of the worst experience.

Also i have raised a complaint[protected]. This is krishna's sweets toll free number. They said they will respond me back, i have called twice but no response.

Please help me to resolve this.

Am from ernakulam, three days back (14.12.2016) i brought some sweets from your m. G road (Jose junction) branch, and for payment i gave them my atm card, they had try 2/3 times my atm, but they told me that their michion have some complaint and its not working. So i gave cash (Bill amount rs1475.00). But after 30 minits i got messages from my bank, its show that my bill money (1475.00) was already taken swiping michion, then i contact to your m. G road (Jose junction) cochin branch and shows them the bank statement, they told me they will do needful and return that money. But till now i didn't get my money back am expecting a positive response from your side

The people who serve the food are so dirty, they scratch their head and in the same hand give sweets which are never fresh. The sample what they give is different and what they pack is old.

People should avoid this sweet shop in jayanagar and food inspectors should inspect once.

I bought a packet of keerai wadai from your Chennai Airport outlet on Wednesday the 19th Feb. 2014 ro be eaten in the 5.30 flight to Mumbai. Had it at 6.30. Three hours after that I had severe problem of vomiting and loose motion and had to take antibiotic and still under medication. DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY (4TH SEPTEMBER 2012) I HAD BEEN TO SRI KRISHNA SWEETS IN VELACHERY AROUND 5.30 PM. I WANTED TO BUY SOME HOT SNACKS FOR MY LITTLE DAUGHTERS. I WAS TOD THAT KARA APPAM IS AVAILABLE HOT. I ORDERED SIX PIECES EACH COSTING AROUND RS.12/- ON REACHING HOME I FOUND THAT THE THE PRODUCT WAS OLD, HARD AND TOTALLY NO CONSUMABLE. I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE PACKET. THE SAME NIGHT I TRIED TO GET INTO THEIR WEBSITE WWW.SRIKRISHNASWEETS.COM TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. THE COMPLAINT WOULD NOT GO DUE TO AN INTERNAL SERVER PROBLEM. NEXT DAY I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE OUTLET AND LODGED AN ORAL COMPLAINT WITH THE STAFF THERE ONLY TO RECEIVE A SARCASTIC SMILE FROM THEM

IT IS DISGUSTING THAT AN ORGANISATION WHICH CLAIMS HIGH STANDARDS AND SERVICE COULD STOOP DOWN TO SUCH LOW LEVELS. I AM SURER MY LITTLE ONES WOULD HAVE BECOME ILL IF THEY HAD CONSUMED IT.I HOPE MR. MURALI IS HEARING.

We were gifted with sweets of 1 KG by our relative which was purchsed on Monday (24th Oct, 2011), this was given to us on the same day, we had left in the refrigrator. When we retruned in the morning (27th Oct, 2011) from vacation we found the sweets filled with fungus and spoiled. When we enquired the same in Velachery barach, we were told that any sweets purchased prior to Diwali will not be returned. How could the sweets be spolit in just 2 days? We understand the food items will be spoilt (including sweets), but we are surprised of sweets (particularly kept in refrigrators) being spoilt in just TWO Days. This questions us the quality of the sweets being prepared in Sri Krishana sweets? Whom should we report to for such a complaint?

Recently, I went to sri Krishna sweets in mogappair branh.Since it was janmastamai there was heavy demand for the special box. So we came 2 times in the interval of 1 hour, when we enquired whether the box is available they said no. But one employee gave took a box from inside and gave to other customer in a secret way. We asked how it was possible. She gave blunt reasons like; they reserved before and gave a sorry look because such things like reservation are not allowed there. We enquired the same day in the interval of 2 hrs from 11.a.m but we were not given preference. Since Sri Krishna is well known for the service, such incidents will spoil the name. Please look into this matter and take serious steps.
