Hello sir/mam, on 4th june 2020, i purchased the butterfly electric cooker of worth inr 1450 from sri lakshmi narasimha agencies, kavali, nellore dt, a. P. After 3 days, the cooker stopped working. When we approached the vendor, he interacted with us very harshly and made us wait for more than 3 days. He keeps on saying that the service personnel will assist us. When we contacted butterfly support, they gave service man contact number, who responded very rudely and not even showing interest in attending the call. Both lakshmi narasimha agencies and butterfly cheated us. Kindly, respond to this as early as possible.
