Dear sir,
I registered myself and my daughter in sri lekhna driving school, kodihalli, bangalore.
I paid 5800rs for each. Before joining he said his charges were inclusive of ll and dl. But later said i had to give extra government fees for ll and dl. My daughter had her college exams so couldn't give test. I attempted and passed both test on my first go.
As per rto norms, i submitted an empty envelope with my address on it, so that they could send my dl.
While i was waiting for my dl by post, i got a call from this person named krishna, who runs this driving school, saying my dl has come and, i have to come and collect it from him. He charged me 500rs again to give my dl, which he was not supposed to have.
Dl is my official document and he has no right to take it from the rto. So definitely he robbed it from there.
I have proofs for my complaint.
Kindly look into the matter and punish this pathetic owner who has done this to me
