Sri Rajalakshmi Cycle — Cheating the customer

I had purchased a Bicycle, 27.5" 2/sp Gear cycle dated on 22.10.2021 for 15, 500/-.
Now the cycle chain is getting loose and comming off. Today we went there for service, but they checked the cycle and askign us to pay Rs.850/-, eventhough the cycle is in Warranty.
When asked for warranty they are saying that there is no warranty.

Cheating the customer by giving cheap products and also cheating with waaranty too.

Please take neccesary action on them and ask them to return back my money or give us free service as said.
