Booking for consumer No 06799 registered ref No 347747dt 24.02.2015. Cash memo [protected] generated on 27.02.2015 with a message that cylinder will be delivered shortly.But supply not made till 02.03.2015. Contacted the agency.But no response. Surprisingly the cylinder supplied on 11.03.2015 during late hours ie.20.00 Hours on 11.03.2015 against a different cash memo [protected] dt 10.03.2015without any prior message on 10.03.2015.But on 12.03.2015 received a message that cylinder delivered against cash memo [protected]. Why this confusions. When enquired no response from the agency. Another thing ie. a sum of Rs 30/-(Rupees Thirty only) included in the said bill against column : CNC/Disc/D.Charge.This amount never included in my previous bills since from the date of the first supply ie.19.06.1992. Please clarify whether the agency is authorised to collect the said amount against CNC/Disc/D.Charge. If so attach a copy of the relevant order. Another thing : the cylinder is supplied without weighing at my residence violating the conditions in force. Expecting your earlier reply and action against the agency.
