I have ordered (Rs 15413.10) some products in amazon on april 28 th 2019 and i have cancelled the same within one hour. I received the sms "refund initiated shortly" on the same day. Till now (May 9 th) i havent received any amount. I called amazon customer service, they said that your amount had credited to your account. I contacted bank customer service there is no proper response. Please check and credit my amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
