[Resolved]  Sri Sadguru Indane Services — lpg - booking cancelled without intimation

Hello, I am writing regarding the services of Sri Sadguru Indane Gas Agency. My connection was deactivated as I had not booked a refill for more than a year. Hence, I got it reactivated on the 11th of March 2019 and as directed by the staff of the gas agency, I booked a refill on the evening of the same day. Untill the 14th of March 2019, the IVRS was stating that, the agency has delivered the cylinders booked up to the 7th of March 2019. Hence, I tried reaching the agency on their telephone number several times from afternoon till evening to confirm the time when the cylinder would be delivered. But nobody answered. I phoned IVRS today only to find out that, my booking has been cancelled. I do not know why the booking was cancelled. First of all the staff of the agency do not answer our calls for any query. And now they have cancelled the booking. They should not be treating the customers as they wish. One thing they must remember is, their agency is not the only one in this world. We consumers have multiple options.
