I have paid INR 4500 /- for a driving school (Sri Satya Sai Motor Driving School) for license and driving tutorials. The person showed up for10 classes and now he is not responding to calls. When I call him through other number he replies that he will call back to my number and disconnects the call. When I called to the owner of the Driving School, he said that the guy doesn't belong to their Driving School but he is using their attendance cards for advertisement purpose and if you want to give a complaint to police you can as they cannot help you in this matter. Please help me in this regard.
