I have booked a plot in srishti anand builders and colonizers's project name (Green citi) jaipur in may 2006. They promised me that they will give us possession 2 years. I have deposited 5.5
Lakh rupees in there project.
Approx 10 years have gone, but till now niether they give me possession of the plot and i am demanding my money plus market rate of interest as earlier as possible.
