My wife had a horrible experience . she was travelling alone and to add on top of that the cleaner demanded extra money for luggage . The bus was not full with passengers may be that could be the reason for rude behaviour . he would be happy if there was some passenger coming which would fill his pocket. this is not an acceptable behaviour . the type of business you run needs good behaviour towards passengers .
