SSC — Complaint regarding Examination fees deduction but showing Unpaid

My Application no. for JE mechanical 2020 is [protected]. I paid the examination fees of Rs 100 on 28th October using online mode(PhonePe UPI) and amount got deducted from my account. But it is was still showing incomplete payment even after 48hrs so I paid it again to which it showed payment complete. I request you to please refund my previous amount. I have made my payment for application of SSC JE of rupees 100. After successful transaction I looked to my application status but it was showing incomplete in payment section also, I have checked after 48 hours of payment yet it is showing incomplete status of payment section. I kindly request you to enquire and accept my payment to complete my application status or return my money back so that I can repay that amount. Thank you.
