SSC — deduction of rupees

Respect sir/madam,

I have submitted ssc constable gd application, i have done my application fee through debit card and payment (100/-) also done from my card, but it shows in application status the payment option is "incomplete". And in payment status it also shows the same "you have not paid the fees yet". When i again go to for payment option and it shows "a payment has already been initiated for the same reference number". What's the matter of this problem sir and how to resolve this problem. My e-mail i'd is [protected]@gmail.com

Updated by lambukosliya I am deepak yadav from village rajpura khalsa post office boria kamalpur district rewari state haryana . I have apply form of SSC GD . I can pay fees online by y pnb account but my fees is deducted and in the form the have not paid yet dikha rha hai. I have have complaint about it but koi solution nhi hua abhi tak. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com or jaise hi mai form me doubara payment krta hu tho usme dikhata hai
.. A transaction is being initiated with this reference number. Help me plz sir kya Kru m meta form complete nhi ho pa rha h.
