SSC — Discrepancy in payment for CGL 2016

I have applied for CGL2016
and paid a fees of 100/- at that time there was a successful payment received message(attached a reciept of successful transaction), also deducted from my account but when checked now its showing transaction failure and if transaction failure there is no trace of money crediting into my account back.

Please look into the matter and allow me to give CGL2016 and genrate my admit card.

My exam (SSC CGL Tier 1) exam is in september 2. On that day nationwide strike is announced...I got the exam center 350 KM away from home...Expecting that SSC will change the date.
