SSC — Ssc mts form status is incomplete

Sir,
I am ankush gupta and i have a problem regarding to ssc mts form . I have paid my registration fee of ssc mts by net banking form "oriental bank of commerce"
and account number is [protected] on dated 17 jan 2017 and i also check my bank statement and the payment has also cleared but my application status is uncomplete. I called so many time to ssc nr office and head office number but nobody ans the call and i have mailed so many time related to my problem but there is no reply of my mail so sir please solve my problem
