SSC — Unsuccessful ssc jn engg form

I am pankaj soni from Nimbahera (Raj.)
I want to appear in SSC jn. Engg examination . I have successfully submitted my part 1 & 2 registration form . And i have successfully submitted payemt also. But after that procedure when i login back to my form with Reg. Id and DOB. It showing error that the information provideo by you is wrong / your reg. Id and DOB is wrong.
I used to call on help line no ssc office but they are not attending my call since yesterday.
