Ssnpl — Cheat with customer in regular basis

Last 22nd september to till date my broadband totally "request timed out. I live in agarpara.My operator name SSNPL. I have to make recharge on 10 september. But after 22nd september the ping is not regular way. some time reply or Some time "Request timed out" .Unfortunately, I informed local cable operator. He came. and asked me to change cable. if cable is default, this should be measure by meter or anything else. And also docket on 22nd september. The Said docket no, was 34168. But not rectify. I frequently make docket but no response from your end. Is it my fault? Alliance is totally cheat with me, not only cheat also squeeze my payment. If need money to make request customer. they are ready to serve. Local operator try to make some money through cable change. Don't by shy. This is shame shame shame like alliance broadband.
