I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal service provided by ST Couriers, specifically the Marakkanam branch. On May 8th, I entrusted ST Couriers with the delivery of a charger to our client, providing all necessary details including the tracking ID ([protected]) and billing information. Despite assurances, the courier has not yet been received by the intended recipient after four days.
Upon inquiry today with Mr. Suman, the in-charge at ST Couriers (+[protected], I was met with nothing short of apathy and irresponsibility. Mr. Suman casually mentioned that their employee had somehow misplaced the package and they currently have no clue about its whereabouts. Furthermore, he shockingly dismissed this gross negligence as a mere "normal human error, " insinuating that such mishaps are to be expected and accepted.
Let me make this abundantly clear: the item in question is not some trivial object; it is a valuable product crucial to our client's operations. The cavalier attitude displayed by Mr. Suman and the Marakkanam branch is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. Their lackadaisical approach has not only caused inconvenience but also significant pressure from our client to expedite the delivery.
I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. If ST Couriers fails to promptly locate and deliver the package, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer court. Such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction cannot go unaddressed.
I expect a swift resolution and proactive steps to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. Failure to do so will result in severe consequences for ST Couriers.
