st — Not returning Rs.1

Dear sir,
I have already complained on 19.12.16 that S.T. bus conductors are not returning Rs.1
to passengers as they are not demanding as value is minimum.Today also I got same experienced
Details as follows
Date :- 22.12.16
Bus No. :- MH 20 BL 0988
Bus From :- kalyan to Panvel
Time :- 8.50 am
My ticket :- Rs.29
Conductors :- Lady
Passanger adjacent to me take tickect of Rs.23 and give her Rs. 3 change but she did not
return my Rs.1 nor asked me to give Rs.1 so that she could give Rs.2 also I did not ask
her to reurn as I was testing her.Lady got Rs.1 after taking pavel ticket Rs.39 only when
she demanded Rs.1

So I am saying that only your conductors are not having intension to return back balance
Rs.1 as we are not coming like this experience in NMMT AND KDMT
