St Xaviers School — Education

The ISC board should have conducted 2 semester exams 2024 instead of 1.
This batch sitting for the exams are the affected Covid lot. The students have sat for their 10th ISCE in 2 semesters whereby the syllabus was split into half. The students only started their 11th grade studies when their 10th ICSE results were declared in July 2022. Mid-way last year, they were told about the difficulty level of the board exam. Are they guniea pigs to be tested for trial and error just like the COVIN??
Schools have not guided the students well enough to attempt the analytical critical questions in the span of less than 6 months before they sit for their boards.. Even the oswal and other companies books do not give the right answers. Why didnt the board do this the last few couple of years?? Those last years board papers were very easy. It took a toll on students especially for this batch.
If papers are set tough, how do you expect students to get into good universities in India and overseas.
The paper pattern set by the board was unexpected not only by students but also the teachers overall the ISC schools.
Grace marks must be given. The board must look into it.
At the end of the day, students are only human and not robots.
