On 2nd of october before going abroad we have to purchase few items. While billing counter clerk told that we are entitled to get rebate of rs 125/-only but forgotten to enter it in system
When we asked about the rebate, he felt sorry and asked us to bring some item worth rs 125.-. According we chosen a pack of coffee and came back
The counter clerk asked us to go to the next counter as he was busy
We went to the new counter, the counter clerk shouted app kahan hai, pahle app download karo phir idhar ana, nahi to idhar se jao (In begali)
We argued for his language and both counter clerk called their supervisor and asked us to wait, after 45 mnts he came and told strictly to comply the rules and forced us to leave. You may see it in cc tv footage of afternoon
We just want you to train your employees because we have relation with future group since it's birth and it hurts us very much
