[Resolved] Staff Selection Commission — fees for examination paid and deducted from my bank but still showing unpaid on ssc portal

Sir on 22.11.2019 i'd paid my ssc examination fees through phonepe upi mode which is linked to my punjab national bank a/c (A/c no. Is [protected]) dausa branch the amount got debited but ssc portal is still showing the fees payment status as failure, i've attached three screenshots one of bank a/c transaction, other of ssc portal fee payment status and third one of phonepe upi request. Please solve asap

Sir I have recently filled my ssc je form and submitted my fees through upi sbimos was the medium my money get debited from my account but still ssc portal says my fees is pending if submitted wait for 48 hrs and then chek and it's more than 48 hours but still my status is pending and they don't even refund my money
