Order no is[protected]. I had ordered 10 products on 31st march with prepaid payment method. 5554 rs. It's been 10 days i havent received my order. They don't respond to mails plus they don't have any Costomer care no. I got one number from google. On calling, some guy picked up the call who just said i have passed your issue to our team. If he cannt resolve the issue and give any satisfactory answers than what's the point in calling. I am afraid if i ll get my order or refund. As i have paid arnd 5500 rs. Please, help me with this.

They didn't email me or call me. I had called at their customer helplime num repeatedly. Their executive didn't answer me properly. So i told them that i will file a complaint against your company. So their other executive called me and explained me everything in details why the delivery has been late. And assured me that i wud get my package in a week. And they will dispatch soon. I got the email the next day which icluded the shipping and tracking details. I had also tried to contact them on their FB and Insta profiles where i didn't get any help so i kept on calling them and told them that i ll send a legal notice if i don't get the answers from you and get my delivery done asap.
