Stalkbuylove — unable to exchange products on stalkbuylove

I received my order numbered[protected] from stalkbuylove on 2nd of july. Ever since i have been trying to exchange and return some of the products but wasn't able to as both the exchange and refund buttons are not working on the sbl app neither the delivery status is updated. I tried to contact sbl customer care through several emails and also submitted a complaint on its website but i got no response other than few automated emails. This is an utterly disappointing service from the customer care. I wish to get the problem resolved asap so that i could proceed with my exchange requests. Was this information helpful? StalkBuyLove customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 22, 2019 Updated by rrupal01 Now that it's been more than 15 days since delivery SBL has updated the delivery status as 'delivered on 2nd July' and now as per policy the exchange/return request cannot be raised. This is so infuriating as it seems they are doing it on purpose. I am still unable to contact the customer care even after several emails and calls.

I made an order for a dress and paid for the order. On 30th May 2019, Stalk buy love cancelled my order on 11 th June, it’s been almost a month now they have not initiated the refund inspite of repetitive reminders and follow ups. There is no way to contact, there customer care number is always not working.
