Standard Chartered Bank — a4interest

I have been charged a4intrest from last several months. Can i have the reason of this debited amount? I am paying minimum due before the provided time but when i checked today after 3-4 months, an extra charged has been charged regards to a4interest. I don't know about any charges discussed earlier. Also swiping feature is also not working from the day i have obtained the card.
