Hope you are doing well,
I have a query which i had from last year regarding the EMI of my I phone 7 plus which i purchased last year sep 2022 from your Credit Card. I have been waiting to complete the EMI so that i can double check and ask for an Explanation.
Now, I have purchased that phone for 16899/- and converted it to EMI for a processing fees of 253.48/-.
In September 2023 i somehow managed to complete the EMI with a total Payment of 41000.62, i am not making this up i have calculated all the payments that i have done to the credit card with the E-Statements.
All the statements from Last year september till now are attached with an excel file and a bill of the phone. Kindly cross check with your system and let me know why instead of 19099.89/- i have been charged 41000.62/-.
