Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Card, Shah Finlease — Credit card wrong over due

I have been receiving a phone call from this company since last couple of weeks. The person who is calling me. This guy initially told me he is an advocate and asked me the paysome dues of my credit card which i used in 2001. Inspite of me telling him that i had cleared all my dues and i did not have anyoutstanding he was not ready to listen and started to blackmail me to pay this money else he will remove some warant against me. I asked him to send me detal of my card which he did not agree and said they dont have all the details they just have the tot outstanding amt that i need to pay. I told him i will check with standard chartered bank customer care and will get back and they said this bank do not have any record and they have sold all this delail to shaha finlease. When i tried to find more information about this company i found this to be fraud and reported by many others. Now this guy is calling me and torchuring my parents and me and forcing me to make the payment which is actually not something that i have to pay and giving lots of badwords and saying if i do not pay money he will send people to my place and office. I'm fed-up of this guy, hence through of checking if there is a way to be out of this problem. I'm very much sure that i had closed my acccount and there should not be any outstanding amount for me and if there is anything i'm ready to pay but not to this guy or this company.He was really bad on phone. I have asked my advocate to file a case on Standard Chartered Bank and Shah Fin Lease as they have spoiled by reputation and credit history with CIBIL. I have also intimated National Consumer Helpline.
