Standard Chartered Bank — TRFD charge

Below is my previous query. They gave some explanation for this. But again i got TRFD charge. Today pls refer the attached screen shot.

Hi,

I have been applied an extra tax (trfd) of 384rs on my credit card payment still i paid the bill before due date. the due date for my credit card payment was 12th nov 2020 but still the bank has charged me the extra tax on the payment. i am not understanding why the bank has charged me this tax as i have done my payment before due date. can you please help me out in this situation ASAP.
