[Resolved]  Stanza Living — No keys provided for my stay

Its been more than 50 days since I stated my stay in Stanza Living Tel Aviv House, Pune. No keys were provided for my stay including Main door key, room key and cupboard key. Also there are lot of thefts going on in this place and the management has no concern about the safety of the valuables of the residents. Also CCTV cameras are also not in a working condition. I have been complained about this issue and raised lot of tickets in the app, but no actions taken and no response from anyone.
