I have ordered multiple items from Tata Star Bazar and they did not deliver one item, and simply refunded the amount to the app wallet. I want that item that has been billed and the item is missing, I don't want the amount to be refunded in the wallet because If I order the same item again then they will charge delivery charges of 50 rupees.
